Module 2 – Canva for Outreach Communication (Weeks 3–4)

Learn to create visually engaging materials to raise awareness. Core skills include Canva basics, poster and flyer design, and inclusive messaging.

Practical output: an Outreach Poster Set focused on civic themes.

Module 3 – Mobilization & Field Engagement (Weeks 5–6)

Activate communities on the ground. Gain skills in outreach planning, event facilitation, and trust-building.

Practical output: a Community Engagement Activity documented on Canva.

Module 4 – Civic Campaign Design (Weeks 7–8)

Design inclusive public campaigns. Learn campaign structuring, civic education, and stakeholder inclusion.

Practical output: a Civic Campaign Plan with supporting visual assets.

Module 5 – Partnerships & Collaboration (Weeks 9–10)

Build local and cross-sector partnerships. Develop skills in partnership mapping, MoU creation, and relationship management.

Practical output: a Partnership Outreach Deck on Canva.

Module 6 – Content Documentation & Storytelling (Weeks 11–12)

Capture and communicate outreach impact. Learn photo-storytelling, case documentation, and ethical consent practices.

Practical output: an Outreach Impact Story as a visual case study.

Module 7 – Reporting, Reach & Reflection (Weeks 13–14)

Measure and present your impact. Focus on participation metrics, reflection writing, and creating impact summaries.

Practical output: an Outreach Report with a Reach Tracker.

Module 8 – Portfolio & Global Outreach Showcase (Weeks 15–16)

Showcase leadership and outcomes to a global audience. Learn portfolio curation, presentation skills, and career pathway planning.
